When Tracy and her friends set out for a weekend of hiking, they expect nothing more than breathtaking views and bonding time. But as the trail winds deeper into the wilderness, an oppressive dread begins to close in, and what should have been an escape from reality becomes a waking nightmare. Tracy finds herself trapped in a sterile hospital room, cut off from the world, with no memory of how she got there and no way out. A mysterious doctor offers cryptic answers that only deepen her terror, blurring the line between sanity and madness. As she fights to piece together the horrifying truth, she realizes that the true horror may not be in the woods—but in her own mind.
