In the sweltering Texas heat, rising novelist Henry Rose’s world shatters when his pregnant wife mysteriously vanishes from a roadside flower patch. Racing into the nearest town for help, he finds it eerily deserted—save for a handful of locals who seem to look right through him, their silence more unnerving than any threat. Just as the town’s secrets begin to writhe beneath the surface, a family of deranged strangers arrives with their own dark intentions, intertwining their fates in a web of psychological terror. As Henry digs deeper, he uncovers a malevolent underbelly that festers beneath the town’s facade, where the line between victim and predator blurs into nightmare.
