Twenty-five years after the brutal, unsolved murders at Camp Tradition, Detective Michael Carter returns to the now-infamous site, which locals have ominously renamed Camp Apparition. As the legend of the massacre has festered, so too has the sense of dread that clings to the forest. Carter’s investigation quickly spirals from a cold case into a nightmare as he uncovers evidence that the camp’s dark past is not just a memory—it’s a malevolent presence that refuses to die. The deeper he digs, the more the line between criminal and paranormal blurs, and he realizes the true horror may be waiting for him just beyond the treeline.
