Four decades after families vanished without a trace near the isolated Jolly Monkey motel, the descendants of its original owners return to settle the estate. But as they gather in the decaying halls, a figure in the peeling monkey costume begins picking them off one by one. With no cell service and the forest closing in, they must unravel the motel’s gruesome history before the mascot’s grin becomes the last thing they see.
