On a remote island, the sea turns lethal as industrial waste poisons the waters. The locals, once peaceful, begin to transform into grotesque, violent creatures after consuming the contaminated catch. A lone doctor uncovers a chilling conspiracy that threatens to engulf the entire community, but the truth may be more terrifying than the mutations themselves. As the infection spreads, the island becomes a breeding ground for paranoia and horror, where no one is safe from the tide of corruption.
