GoreHound76 – 8/10
“I'm a sucker for behind-the-scenes docs, and this one delivers. Seeing Romero work his magic on Dawn of the Dead was fascinating. The raw footage and interviews gave me a new appreciation for the genre. Highly recommended for any horror fan.”
VHS_Vampire – 6/10
“As a documentary, it's a bit rough around the edges, but the charm of the era shines through. I loved the candid moments with the cast and crew, but it dragged in places. Still, a solid watch for Romero completists.”
ScreamingSally – 7/10
“It felt like a time capsule straight from the zombie apocalypse. The behind-the-scenes shots of the mall and the makeup effects were creepy-cool. I just wish it had more focus on Romero's earlier films, but what's here is gold.”
MidnightMovieMaven – 5/10
“I appreciated the insight into Romero's creative process, but the documentary itself felt disjointed at times. The interviews were interesting, though. If you're a die-hard fan of Dawn of the Dead, it's worth a look. Otherwise, it's just okay.”
