In a city where the guilty walk free, Detective John Davis watches the system fail again and again until one case pushes him over the edge. He abandons his badge and becomes a vigilante, systematically hunting down those who escaped justice. But Detective Michelle Reyes, a sharp investigator from the D.A.’s office, notices a pattern in the sudden disappearances of known criminals. As she closes in, the line between justice and vengeance blurs, and Reyes must decide if Davis is a hero or a threat she must stop at any cost.
