Blog & StoriesIn the summer of 1987, a ragtag crew of aspiring horror filmmakers heads deep into the Californian wilderness to shoot a low-budget slasher. But their dream of crafting screams on celluloid quickly degenerates into a waking nightmare. As the forest closes in around them, they realize they are not alone. A family of feral cannibals, lurking just beyond the treeline, begins to systematically dismantle the group, turning their exploitation flick into a gruesome reality. With no signal, no rescue, and no chance of escape, each new scene becomes a fight for survival, as the line between filmmaker and victim is brutally blurred.
