In a snow-drenched small town, a child murderer stalks the streets while the police race against time. Meanwhile, Rich Tague, a washed-up 80s action star, drowns his bitterness in a cheap Santa suit on a public access TV show. As the holiday cheer turns sour, his fantasies of vengeance grow darker with each slight. Will the ghost of his past glory save him, or will he succumb to the bloody pull of his own naughty list?
