In 1981, Bob Brooks delivers a hypnotic, unsettling descent into obsession. Tattoo artist Karl Kinsky, whose art is etched in flesh, becomes fixated on Maddy, a model who crosses his path during a fashion shoot. What begins as professional admiration spirals into a possessive, nightmarish compulsion—Karl believes Maddy’s true beauty can only be revealed through his permanent, inked signature. As his obsession festers, Maddy finds herself trapped in a chilling game where her body becomes a canvas for his twisted devotion. A slow-burning psychological thriller that explores the dark side of artistic passion, where permanence is a terrifying commitment.
