Aspiring screenwriter Claire desperately clings to her late grandfather’s legacy as a horror director, but her own career is stalled. Meanwhile, a grieving detective returns to work, only to be drawn into a series of brutal murders that eerily mirror the scenes from Claire’s unsold scripts. As the bodies pile up, Claire and the detective are pulled into a dark conspiracy that blurs the line between fiction and reality, forcing them to confront the terrifying possibility that her grandfather’s cursed creations may have been more than just stories. With every clue, they uncover a sinister truth that threatens to resurrect an evil that should have stayed buried.
