In the haunting aftermath of her sister’s tragic death, Sonia opens her heart and home to her orphaned niece, Suhani. Driven by a desperate need to shield the child from grief, Sonia’s all-consuming devotion slowly curdles into something far more sinister. As Suhani’s attachment morphs into a chilling obsession, she will stop at nothing to ensure no one—not even her own mother’s memory—comes between them. A claustrophobic tale of twisted love and creeping madness, Raqt explores how the deepest bonds can become the most dangerous prisons.
