In the rain-soaked streets of Seattle, a young photographer named Alex seeks solace in a house that whispers of bygone eras. Its antique charm and lingering remnants of a former family offer a comforting escape from his unsettling reality. But as Alex begins to explore the shadowed corners of his new home, he discovers that some memories refuse to stay buried. The walls seem to breathe with a presence that watches his every move, and his camera starts capturing images that shouldn’t exist. Halation weaves a haunting tapestry of obsession and dread, where the line between past and present blurs, and the true horror lies in what develops in the dark.
