When a corrupt mayor’s ruthless policies strip heroine Kira of everything she owns, she finds herself thrust into the gritty underworld of the homeless. Forced to survive on the streets, she uncovers a monstrous conspiracy that the city’s elite will kill to keep hidden. With nothing left to lose, Kira rallies an unlikely army of the downtrodden to spark a rebellion. A love letter to 70s and 80s B-movie grindhouse cinema, ‘Destitute’ blends visceral horror with dark humor and explosive action, delivering a wildly entertaining ride that’s as unsettling as it is fun.
