In the sweltering heat of rural Texas, two ex-convicts, K.C. and Jo, dare to build a marina on land the locals consider their own. But their dream is shadowed by a deeper menace: Junior, a mentally challenged recluse whose twisted mother fuels his paranoia into a murderous obsession. As the town’s hostility escalates, every shadow hides a threat, and the line between sanity and madness blurs in this chilling descent into backwoods terror.
