In a decaying urban landscape, a haunted ex-soldier is recruited by a shadowy right-wing faction to serve as their brutal enforcer, tasked with purging the streets of undesirables. But as his fragile psyche unravels, the line between justice and madness blurs, and his vigilante mission spirals into a terrifying bloodbath. With no one to stop him, his paranoia turns on everyone, leaving a trail of victims in his wake.
