After the horrific events of the first film, Duane and his deformed, basket-bound brother Belial find refuge in a hidden sanctuary for genetic anomalies. But their fragile peace is shattered when a determined journalist begins investigating their trail, forcing the brothers to confront a world that fears and despises them. As the net tightens, Belial’s monstrous instincts and Duane’s loyalty are pushed to the brink in a grotesque tale of family, acceptance, and the darkness that lurks within us all.
