When a group of med students sneaks into their campus lab for a night of fantasy role-play, they unknowingly trap themselves with a genetically engineered baboon driven insane by experiments. As the game turns deadly, the creature hunts them through dark corridors and abandoned operating rooms, turning every shadow into a nightmare. With escape impossible and help unreachable, they must survive until dawn—if the beast doesn’t tear them apart first.
