In the suffocating darkness of Manila’s largest cemetery, a young culinary school dropout named Ivan trades his chef’s knife for a watchman’s baton. Hired to patrol the sprawling necropolis, he descends into a world where the living and the dead coexist in uneasy squalor, their shanties perched atop crumbling tombs. As Ivan navigates this eerie underworld, he confronts not only the criminals who lurk among the graves but also his own privileged past. With each haunting night, the line between guardian and predator blurs, and Ivan must face the disturbing truth that some secrets are better left buried.
