In a secluded New England fishing village, the idyllic calm is shattered when a secret biological experiment unleashes a swarm of ravenous, mutant cockroaches upon the unsuspecting residents. As the grotesque creatures invade homes and feast on human flesh, the once peaceful community descends into a nightmare of terror and paranoia. Combining gut-churning practical effects with relentless suspense, ‘The Nest’ delivers a chilling 80s horror experience where every shadow hides a hungry, chittering threat. Director Terence H. Winkless crafts a slow-burn descent into madness, proving that no one is safe when nature turns unnatural.
