As a mysterious planet hurtles toward Earth, an otherworldly scout lands on a remote Scottish island, shrouded in mist and dread. The enigmatic visitor’s motives remain unclear, but his arrival stirs a chilling sense of unease among the islanders. With time running out, a local scientist and a visiting journalist must uncover the alien’s true purpose before the celestial approach triggers an unthinkable catastrophe. Ulmer’s atmospheric classic weaves a taut web of paranoia and suspense, where every shadow conceals a secret and every encounter could be humanity’s last.
