In a remote Romanian pass, Nazi soldiers unwittingly unseal an ancient prison within a stone keep, unleashing a malevolent force that feasts on their fear. As the body count rises and the icy mountain air thickens with dread, a mysterious stranger and a Jewish historian must confront the entity that even the occult-obsessed SS cannot control. The shadows grow teeth in this atmospheric ’80s horror-thriller from Michael Mann, where history’s darkest evil meets an even older, more terrifying one.
