When Sarah, the only survivor of a harrowing caving expedition, is found covered in blood and mud, her terrifying tales of subterranean predators are dismissed as trauma-induced delusions. Forced by a skeptical sheriff and a rescue team to lead them back to the gruesome site, she finds herself descending once more into the claustrophobic labyrinth where nightmarish creatures lurk in the shadows. As the group ventures deeper, the thin line between survival and lunacy blurs, and the dark, damp tunnels echo with screams that reveal the true, unspeakable horror that waits below—a horror that has already claimed its prey and hungers for more.
