In this chilling 1980 psychological horror, a devoted librarian’s life is a quiet prison, bound to her wheelchair-bound, tyrannical father after being jilted at the altar. Her only solace is a pet monkey and her dark, vivid fantasies of revenge against the men who wronged her. But when her companion vanishes, the fragile walls of her reality crumble, unearthing a shocking, buried secret that will haunt you long after the credits roll. As the line between obsession and madness blurs, the attic holds more than just dust—it guards the key to a deranged past.
