In the neon-lit underbelly of the late ’90s internet, a shadowy predator named Captain Howdy haunts chat rooms, luring impressionable teens into his web of twisted desires. When his latest victim goes missing, a hardened detective is pulled into a nightmarish game of cat and mouse, where flesh becomes canvas and agony becomes art. As the body count rises, the line between hunter and hunted blurs in this visceral, unnerving thriller that explores the darkest corners of obsession and the terrifying power of online anonymity.
