“I wasn't expecting much from a 90s sci-fi horror, but this one surprised me. The flooded London setting is awesome and really sets the mood. Rutger Hauer is great as the grizzled detective, and the creature reveal is pretty cool. It's not perfect, but it's a fun ride for horror fans.”
