After a near-fatal lightning strike, Dr. Bill Matthews wakes in the hospital where he works, only to find himself inexplicably drawn to Dr. Craig Murphy, a charismatic colleague with a secret. As their intense connection deepens, Craig introduces Bill to a shadowy support group of fellow lightning survivors, each bearing strange scars and unsettling powers. What begins as a quest for understanding spirals into a harrowing descent into obsession and body horror, where the line between healing and destruction blurs. Socket is a chilling exploration of identity and intimacy, wrapped in an atmosphere of creeping dread that will leave you questioning the cost of survival.
