In the isolated village of Kampung Terbalik, the night brings more than just darkness. Two vengeful pontianaks, Melati and Mewangi, emerge from the shadows with an insatiable hunger, stalking the terrified residents who find themselves trapped in a nightmare. As panic spreads, the villagers mistakenly believe they are dealing with blood-sucking vampires, but the reality is far more sinister and bizarre. What follows is a spiral of paranoia and hysteria that plunges the entire community into a comatose state, blurring the line between myth and madness. A chilling, atmospheric horror that will keep you on the edge of your seat until the very last scream.

User Reviews
ScaryFan88 – 7/10
“The atmosphere was genuinely creepy, and the concept of a 200kg pontianak is both absurd and terrifying. The comatose scenes were unsettling, but the pacing dragged a bit in the middle. Still, a solid entry for local horror fans.”
GoreHound – 6/10
“I appreciated the practical effects and the eerie vibes, but I found the storyline a bit convoluted with the mix of pontianaks and vampires. The scares were there, though, and the ending left me thinking. Not the best in the genre, but worth a watch.”
NightTerror – 8/10
“This movie got under my skin. The constant dread and the fear of falling into a coma felt real, and the performances were convincing. It's a fresh take on the pontianak legend, and I loved the cultural twists. Highly recommend for horror enthusiasts.”
MidnightWatcher – 7.5/10
“I was skeptical about the 200kg concept, but the movie won me over with its intense atmosphere and well-crafted jump scares. The villagers' hysteria was portrayed realistically, making the horror feel imminent. A memorable and unique horror experience.”
