Twenty years after a brutal murder tore his family apart, a young doctor returns to his hometown to face the man who killed his brother. But what he finds is far more horrifying than a human monster: the killers are Aswangs, ancient folkloric creatures that feast on human flesh. As the town’s secrets surface, he realizes the threat is not just to him, but to every soul in the community. The return home becomes a descent into a nightmare where the line between victim and predator blurs, and the doctor must uncover the truth before the town is consumed by darkness.
