When a group of young Midwesterners lands a ridiculously cheap Hollywood Hills pad, they think they’ve hit the jackpot—until a cryptic warning from a Spanish-speaking local falls on deaf ears. As they throw a raucous housewarming party, an unsettling neighbor stirs something dark and ancient, and the night spirals into a waking nightmare. Evil forces awaken from the shadows, turning their dream home into a blood-soaked playground of terror. With their backs against the wall, they realize their only hope for survival might just be their loyal dog, who senses the lurking malevolence. Welcome to Killer Pad, where the rent is low, but the price is your soul.
