Four sorority sisters, seeking a weekend escape at a secluded country cabin, stumble upon a sealed underground bunker and unwittingly release a trio of malevolent ghouls. As the gruesome creatures begin to terrorize them one by one, the sisters must confront their darkest fears and fight for survival. But with each passing hour, the ghouls’ appetite for chaos grows, turning their idyllic retreat into a nightmare of blood and terror.
