In a remote, windswept villa, Louise and Kasper’s desperate longing for a child takes a sinister turn when they strike an unholy bargain with their Romanian maid, Elena. As Elena’s pregnancy progresses, the household’s fragile peace crumbles, and an ancient, malevolent force begins to stir within her womb. What was meant to be a miracle becomes a nightmare of creeping dread, where the boundaries between maternal instinct and monstrous possession blur, and the couple discovers that some gifts come at a terrible price.
