A routine academic visit to a mental institution turns into a nightmare for psychology student Abby Jones when she locks eyes with Harmon, a dangerously unstable patient whose obsession is ignited by her fleeting glance. As a violent storm descends on her campus home, Abby and her roommates are unaware that the facility’s security has been breached, and a relentless predator is now hunting them through the dark, rain-soaked streets. Every shadow conceals a threat, every whisper of wind carries a sinister promise, as Abby must confront the terrifying truth that her encounter has unleashed something far more personal and devastating than a mere escapee.
