At a remote language school in the Spanish countryside, students arrive expecting to perfect their Spanish, but instead find themselves in a waking nightmare. Strange disappearances and eerie whispers plague the corridors as a sinister presence picks off the young women one by one. The idyllic setting becomes a claustrophobic prison where trust erodes and paranoia reigns. Each scream echoes through the empty halls, but no one comes to help. Director Jesús Franco crafts a disturbing, slow-burn descent into madness that will leave you questioning who—or what—is behind the terror. A chilling tale of fear and isolation that proves the darkest monsters are the ones that hide in plain sight.
