In this unsettling 1987 chiller from exploitation maestro Roberta Findlay, a young woman’s fragile sanity begins to crumble under the weight of repressed memories. Plagued by haunting flashbacks of her deceased mother and increasingly vivid visions of the dead floating before her eyes, she is drawn into a nightmarish realm where the boundaries between past and present, reality and hallucination, blur. As she descends deeper into madness, she uncovers a terrifying truth that threatens to consume her. With its eerie atmosphere and raw, low-budget grit, Lurkers is a disturbing descent into the dark recesses of the mind.
