When the cash-strapped employees of a rundown cinema stumble upon a cryptic reel stashed in the ceiling, they mistake it for a cheesy B-movie trailer. Desperate for a crowd-pleaser, they screen it before a midnight showing of Romero’s classic, but the footage unleashes something far more sinister. It’s a relic of a Nazi scientist’s failed mind-control experiment, and the flickering images begin to warp the audience’s perception, turning a fun night at the movies into a waking nightmare. As the line between film and reality blurs, the staff must race to stop the celluloid terror before the entire theater succumbs to its ghastly influence. But in a place where shadows move and screams are just part of the show, escape might be the one thing trailer cannot promise.
