When a washed-up Hollywood ventriloquist dies in a haze of excess, her two young children are left with only her sinister dummy as a guardian. Shuffled into a foster home where cruelty reigns, the siblings endure unspeakable abuse while the dummy watches with blank, knowing eyes. But the wooden face hides a dark power, and soon the household becomes a stage for vengeance. As the children spiral between terror and loyalty, the dummy’s wrath ignites a nightmare of retribution that none will escape. Mark Jones crafts a chilling fable of broken innocence and supernatural fury, where the true horror lies not in the abuse, but in the silence that follows.
