Sato Misaki, a high school senior living with her single mother, faces the weight of financial realities as she decides to forgo college and seek work in her quiet hometown. But as her final days of school unfold, a creeping unease begins to seep into her everyday life, turning familiar faces and places into sources of dread. Tore! masterfully builds suspense through everyday routines shadowed by an inexplicable menace, blurring the line between mundane anxiety and supernatural terror. With atmospheric direction, Koichi crafts a slow-burn nightmare that questions how well we truly know the people we love—and the darkness that can hide in plain sight.

ScaryFan88 – 7/10
“I really enjoyed the slow burn. The tension builds nicely, and the final act had me on edge. Not perfect, but definitely worth a watch for horror fans.”
GoreHound – 5/10
“Honestly, I found it a bit too slow for my taste. The scares were few and far between, and the ending didn't fully pay off. Decent atmosphere, but I needed more blood.”
NightTerror – 6/10
“There's something unsettling about it that stuck with me. The acting and cinematography were solid, but the script could have been tighter. It's a decent mix of psychological horror and drama.”
MissMacabre – 8/10
“For me, this was a hauntingly beautiful exploration of fear. The mother-daughter dynamic added depth, and the creeping dread was masterfully done. Not for everyone, but it hit all the right notes for me.”
