In the shadows of a city gripped by fear, a predator stalks the innocent, leaving a trail of terror that paralyzes the community. Detective Ron Wilkinson, a man haunted by his own demons, is drawn into a cat-and-mouse game with a killer whose psyche is far more twisted than any profile could predict. As the bodies mount and the clues grow stranger, Wilkinson must descend into the darkest recesses of the human mind to stop THE PERVERT before he claims his next victim. But the closer he gets, the more he realizes that the monster he hunts may be closer to home than he ever imagined.
