A year after a fishing crew vanished after hauling in something unspeakable, their abandoned trawler drifts ashore in a sleepy Oregon coastal town. For the locals, it’s a mystery; for the thing that came with it, it’s an invitation. As the tide brings in more than just debris, a quiet community becomes a hunting ground. The Cargo is a slow-burning, dread-soaked horror that builds atmosphere like a fog rolling in, reminding us that some catches should never be brought to the surface.

User Reviews
DeepSeaDread – 7/10
“The atmosphere is what hooked me. The fog, the silence of the town, and that eerie boat on the beach—it all felt so oppressive. Some scares were a bit predictable, but the creeping tension made up for it.”
TerrorTide – 6/10
“I appreciate the attempt at a slow burn, but it dragged in the middle. The creature design was cool though, and the last 20 minutes were intense. If you're patient, it's worth a watch.”
HorrorHank – 8/10
“This one surprised me! The way it mixes folk horror with a creature feature is great. The performances felt real, and the reveal of the cargo gave me chills. Definitely recommend to anyone who likes their horror moody and unsettling.”
ScarletShadows – 5/10
“Had high hopes after the description, but the execution felt a bit flat. The scares were more like jumping at nothing, and the characters making dumb decisions got on my nerves. It's okay for a rainy afternoon, but not outstanding.”
