The Barge People invites you to a sun-drenched British canal getaway that quickly curdles into a nightmare. As two sisters and their boyfriends drift into the serene countryside, they stumble upon a forgotten village where the waters churn with something unnatural. What begins as a lazy weekend becomes a desperate fight for survival against amphibious, flesh-hungry mutants that surface without warning. The idyllic setting masks a lurking horror that preys on isolation, turning every ripple into a threat. With tension rising like the tide, this is a slow-burning terror that will leave you wary of any weekend retreat.
