In a world reduced to ashes by nuclear war, sanity is the first casualty. But deep beneath the scorched earth, a man with the mind of a child has been kept safe in a sealed bunker, untouched by the horrors above. When the automated door finally slides open, he steps into a nightmare landscape of rusted metal, feral survivors, and the echoes of a civilization that destroyed itself. Struggling to comprehend the chaos, he becomes the unwitting witness to humanity’s final descent into madness. The Afterman is a chilling, atmospheric journey that blurs the line between innocence and terror, where the greatest threat may not be the world outside, but the fragile mind of the last man left to see it.
