In the dystopian metropolis of Taeter City, a cannibal dictator maintains absolute order through a sinister broadcast of mind-controlling radio waves, reducing crime to near zero. But his gruesome solution—recycling executed criminals as food for the masses—spawns a horrifying mutation that threatens to unravel his regime. As the grotesque creature wreaks havoc, his elite police squad must confront a nightmare born from their own barbaric policies. A visceral, gore-soaked thrill ride that plunges into the depths of human depravity, where the line between justice and monstrosity blurs and survival comes at a terrifying price.
