GhostfaceFan99 – 7/10
“I thought the new Scream did a great job of honoring the original while bringing something fresh. The opening scene gave me chills, and the meta commentary on requels was clever. Some of the middle felt a bit slow, but the ending was a wild ride.”
HorrorQueen_94 – 6/10
“For me, it was a mixed bag. I loved seeing the legacy characters return and the nods to the original, but the new cast didn't quite have the same chemistry. The kills were solid, but I wasn't really scared—more like on edge. Still, worth a watch for fans.”
ScaryMovieBuff – 5/10
“I wanted to like this more than I did. The story felt convoluted at times, and the killer reveal was a bit predictable. The atmosphere was decent, but I felt the scares were more jumpy than psychological. It just didn't hit the same as the original for me.”
GoreGrin – 8/10
“As a die-hard fan of the franchise, I was thrilled. The way they wove in social media and movie tropes was spot-on. The tension never let up, and the finale was intense. It's got that classic Scream vibe with a modern twist. Definitely a must-see for slasher fans.”
