When struggling author Raya is hired to pen the biography of the enigmatic Aline, she jumps at the chance to escape her own demons. But the idyllic Dutch colonial mansion she’s sent to is far from peaceful. As Raya and her two children settle in, they begin to experience unexplainable phenomena—whispers in the dark, doors that open on their own, and a presence that seems to watch their every move.
