In a dystopian future ravaged by organ failures, the mega-corporation GeneCo offers a lifeline: affordable transplants through a ‘payment plan’ system. But when surgeries become due, their ruthless repo man comes to collect—with gruesome consequences. As the wealthy and powerful pull strings from the shadows, a young woman (Alexa Vega) is drawn into a macabre world of gothic opera, family secrets, and blood-soaked retribution. Directed by Darren Lynn Bousman (Saw II, III, IV), this cult classic blends horror, rock opera, and dark satire into an unforgettable, visually stunning nightmare.

User Reviews
SlasherSam84 – 7/10
“I wasn't sure what to expect, but 'Repo!' is a wild ride. The songs are catchy, the gore is over-the-top, and Paris Hilton's character is hilariously creepy. It's not perfect, but if you're into weird and gritty musicals, this is a must-watch.”
GothQueen1 – 5/10
“I appreciate the ambition, but it felt too messy for me. The story is hard to follow, and the constant singing got annoying after a while. Still, the performances are committed and the visuals are striking. Probably best for fans of the genre.”
NightTerror – 8/10
“This is my guilty pleasure! The atmosphere is so unique—it's like Tim Burton meets a fever dream. The soundtrack is stuck in my head for days, and the gore is satisfyingly gruesome. A hidden gem for those who like their horror with a side of opera.”
BodyHorrorLover – 6/10
“It's a mixed bag. Some of the visual effects are gross and awesome, but the plot is convoluted and the characters aren't very likable. The singing is decent, but the pacing drags. I'd say it's worth a watch for curiosity's sake, but don't expect a masterpiece.”
