In ‘Mount Pleasant,’ a tormented young man seeks refuge in an anonymous therapy group, only to find the shadows of his own mind closing in. As the sessions grow stranger and the members’ intentions murkier, he spirals into a waking nightmare where trust is a weapon and madness wears a friendly face. With each cryptic confession and unsettling glance, the group’s sinister design unfolds, dragging him toward a horrifying truth he may not survive. A chilling descent into paranoia, where the only escape might be the very abyss they’re pushing him into. Prepare for a psychological slow-burn that lingers long after the credits roll.
