Her job is to make the dead appear peaceful, layering on makeup to erase the visible traces of death. But when her thrifty boss, Michelle, brings in a suspiciously cheap batch of liquid foundation, the ordinary routine of preparing the deceased takes a sinister turn. Unbeknownst to them, the makeup is tainted by a malevolent cosmetics company with otherworldly ambitions. As the dead begin to ‘come alive’ in ways that defy nature, Jen finds herself trapped in a waking nightmare where the line between the living and the dead blurs, and her own reflection becomes a portal to unspeakable dread.
