CelluloidSpecter – 7/10
“I love obscure film history, and this doc hit that sweet spot. The atmosphere is genuinely unsettling, and the idea of a cursed film is right up my alley. It drags a bit in the middle, but the ending left me creeped out for days.”
FinalGirlFrenzy – 6/10
“As a horror fan, I wanted to love this more. The concept is terrifying, but I felt the documentary couldn't decide if it was a real investigation or a mockumentary. Some scenes felt staged, which pulled me out of the immersion. Still, it's worth a watch for the eerie vibes.”
DarkArchiveDave – 8/10
“This is the kind of film that makes your skin crawl. The way it blends real archival footage with unsettling interviews is masterful. I found myself checking over my shoulder while watching. A hidden gem for those who appreciate the darker side of cinema history.”
ScreamQueenie – 5/10
“I was excited for a documentary about a lost horror film, but this felt more like a history lesson with cheap jump scares. The subject matter is fascinating, but the execution didn't fully deliver the chills I was hoping for. It's okay if you're a completionist of weird cinema.”
