Deep within the shadows of the Overlook Animal Research Laboratory, a sinister genetic experiment has gone horribly wrong. When two reckless animal rights activists free a test rabbit, they unwittingly unleash a monstrous mutation that turns a gentle farmer into a flesh-hungry predator. As the creature’s bloodlust grows, the quiet countryside becomes a hunting ground for a twisted hybrid of man and beast. With each passing night, the terror escalates, leaving a trail of blood and fear. Will anyone survive the onslaught of the Kottentail, or will the nightmare consume them all?
